Paul Gonzi
After graduating with a Bachelor of Laws, Diploma of Notary Public and Doctor of Laws at the University of Malta, Paul earned his Master of Laws (LL.M.) in the subject grouping ‘Computer and Communications Law’ at Queen Mary and Westfield College, University of London.
Paul has extensive experience within the employment sector, from advising clients on contractual issues and drafting of policies and procedures, to challenging disputes before the Industrial Tribunal, Civil Court and Appeal Court.
Paul also forms part of the International Practice at Fenech & Fenech Advocates and is often involved in transactional work and legal due diligence exercises. He is also a contributor in various publications and also contributes towards several conferences and training sessions in his areas of specialisation.
Noel Agius
With over 25 years of experience across both the public and private sectors, Noel Agius is a distinguished expert in employment regulations and payroll administration.
Currently serving in the Public Service, Noel plays a pivotal role in overseeing operational initiatives, utilising digital solutions to enhance efficiency and innovation. In the private sector, he gained extensive experience at leading audit firms, where he specialised in tax consultancy and payroll administration.
A Tax Practitioner and Fellow Member of the Malta Institute of Taxation, Noel is also a dedicated trainer in direct taxation, payroll, and employment matters. Passionate about knowledge-sharing, he actively contributes to the professional development of industry specialists, fostering compliance and best practices in these critical fields.
Dr. Anthea Witney Turner
Anthea Witney Turner is a Maltese warranted lawyer specialising in the fields of Employment Law , Civil Law and Family Law.
She obtained a Bachelor of Law degree at the Università ta’ Malta (University of Malta) in 2012, a Diploma as Notary Public in 2013 and a Doctorate in Law at the same university in 2015 after defending her thesis ‘Freeing Children Under a Care Order for Adoption’. She received her warrant to practice the profession of a lawyer within the Maltese jurisdiction in March 2016.
In 2024 Dr. Witney Turner was admitted to the national panel of arbitrators of Malta and she started being selected by a number of entities and/or companies to form part of disciplinary boards set up to analyse employment matters within their organisations.
Yasmin de Giorgio
CEO of Shireburn and founder of Sanya Eco Spa, Yasmin has gained extensive experience in entrepreneurship with a deep understanding of the alignment between customer and employee experience, which she believes is key to business success. Her journey has given her the insight to lead a team of almost 100, with clearly defined priorities of personal growth and values-based operations. Yasmin is passionate about lifelong learning, sustainability, and ethical leadership.
Lawrence Zammit
Lawrence Zammit is a Founding Partner and a Director of MISCO. At MISCO Lawrence has developed the market research division of the organisation and is also a trainer as well as a consultant to a number of business organisations, focussing on strategic issues related to business development, leadership, human resources development and management, and marketing. His training experience includes both public sector organisations as well as private sector companies, at senior, middle and junior management levels.
He also has extensive Board experience, serving and having served on the Board of Directors of a number of Companies and Corporations.
Mikela Fenech Pace
Mikela has a passion for people. After 15 years as a diplomat occupying several senior positions in government, she took the sum of her experiences into the HR field serving as HR Manager in top Maltese companies across industries.
Today she is an accredited executive and team coach working with top executives to build better self-awareness and lead authentically. Through her HR Consultancy and Executive Coaching practice, she hopes to inspire better equipped HR departments and professionals that can offer the necessary support that a modern-day workplace requires.
