Over 1000 attendees for Shireburn Training Sessions

To try and give a helping hand to our clients affected by COVID-19, Shireburn has been offering various free training sessions to help users improve their skills. This has helped them take advantage of the given time and come out better prepared for when the economic activity starts to pick up again. Knowing that the Shireburn solutions are so widely used, these sessions have been made available to anyone wanting to learn more about how to make better use of our suite of products – whether clients’ employees or individuals wanting to come out of this situation better equipped for future employment prospects.

Our Shireburn Point of Sale (SPOS) clients were offered an overview training session to ensure that sales staff will be able to take full advantage of the system once the retail industry could restart operations. The session walked the attendees through the full sales process and showcased best practices. 

Shireburn Financial Manager (SFM) users were given the opportunity to attend 3 core sessions, which walked attendees through the most commonly used features in SFM. The sessions also aimed to help users identify ways they can improve their processes and records, including the use of optional modules such as the Pro-Forma, SEPA and Purchase Order modules.

Indigo users could sign up to 2 training sessions which addressed the basic usage of the Indigo Payroll platform. To complement these sessions, we also offered “Indigo Tips & Tricks” sessions aimed at concentrating on specific functionalities which will allow users to enhance their Indigo experience. Perhaps of particular interest in this time was our “How to deal with the COVID Wage Supplement in Indigo” session which went over the COVID Pay Item and addressed the most frequently encountered queries.

Through these sessions, Shireburn has helped over 1000 attendees gain better knowledge about the vast functionality of our products. The feedback received has been overwhelming with an average rating of 4.6 stars out of 5. Here are some of the great comments sent in by our attendees:
