Everything you need to know

When will Indigo Business be available for me to deploy? 

We plan to deploy the first live environments of Indigo Business, consisting of the Sales, Purchase and Nominal Ledgers in April. 

What about other Modules of SFM?

Initially we are deploying the Sales, Purchase and Nominal Ledger modules with additional functionality compared to SFM. However, this is a journey and Shireburn will continue to develop and deploy additional capabilities within these core modules as well as modules of SFM as these become available. 

Can I use SIMS with Indigo Business?

Currently SIMS, and consequently the Point-of-Sale, sends accounting-related information to SFM via the SFM gateway. Indigo Business will support the SFM Gateway and will read these transactions automatically updating Indigo Business. This allows SIMS clients to implement Indigo Business and continue to use SIMS.

Can I access Indigo Business via my browser from anywhere?

Yes. Indigo Business works with a web browser and connects to the Indigo platform on Microsoft Azure. You can access this from anywhere, but your company also has the control to limit access to meet its security policies.

Will I be able to migrate my data from SFM to Indigo Business?

Yes. Shireburn will provide a capability to allow you to migrate all your current SFM data to Indigo Business, allowing you to stop using SFM after your migration.  There will be a subscription related to the migration pack, which will vary based on the data migrated, as all your historic data needs to be supported on the Indigo Business environment.

Will Indigo People integrate with Indigo Business?

Yes. All the accounting related information from your payroll runs on Indigo People will be pushed into Indigo Business.

Can other Shireburn Systems integrate with Indigo Business? 

Yes. All Shireburn systems which integrate with SFM do so with the SFM Gateway. Indigo Business will integrate with the SFM Gateway.

Can 3rd Party Systems integrate with Indigo Business?

Yes. Even 3rd party system integrate with SFM do so with the SFM Gateway. Indigo Business will integrate with the SFM Gateway.

How is Indigo Business priced?

Like Indigo People, Indigo Business is priced as a subscription per user which varies depending on the modules that the company subscribes to.
