John is the founder and chairman of Shireburn Software. Since its establishment in 1983, he has driven the company from strength to strength, developing innovative software products for both local and international business.
As Operations Director of Shireburn Software Franco runs the day to day operations of the company, ensuring customer and user satisfaction at all times with his strong emphasis on customer support.
With over 20 years of leadership experience at the helm of local and international organisations, Nathan aims to draw out the full potential of all the team and continue to drive innovation and growth at Shireburn.
Head of Finance
Kenneth is our numbers guy, responsible for both the finance and the administration team. He has played a pivotal role in the expansion of Shireburn over the years and keeps us in check when we need him to!

Christian is responsible for the technology strategy and leads the team which is handles the architecture and development of our platforms. His relentless curiosity and ambition have led him to always search for new technologies and new ways of doing things.

We recently migrated from the Shireburn Payroll System (SPS) to Shireburn Indigo Payroll, and we are more than pleased with the new version of their payroll. We found the Employee Portal quite useful with the availability of the payslips for download and the option to share documents with our employees, providing a lot of value to us The setting up of the leave authorisers is also graphical and easy to use. We also liked the new method of the payroll calculation with the assistance of simple steps which leads you from one task to another to finalise the payroll run. The integration of the payslip preview in the same screen has made the whole process more practical and easy to use. These functions together with the Shireburn support team has made the migration from SPS to the Indigo a positive experience.
