Shireburn Software have once again contributed to Malta’s heritage through a major sponsorship agreement with
Fondazzjoni Wirt Artna, the heritage foundation, undertaken in collaboration with
Access Point.
“Our heritage is far too important to be left only to Governments which cannot possibly fund all that needs to be done nor provide the dedicated manpower that one sees in Fondazzjoni Wirt Artna” said John de Giorgio, Managing Director of Shireburn Software. “We believe that companies such as ours have a capability and a responsibility to make a difference”
This sponsorship comes on top of other agreements with heritage organizations in Malta and forms a part of Shireburn’s corporate social responsibility programme which involves:
Shireburn have recently introduced the Shireburn Business Suite within Wirt Artna providing effective inventory control and retail management in all Wirt Artna’s shops around Malta in a project supported by Access Point, the IT management solution.

Fondazzjoni Wirt Artna is a voluntary, non-governmental organisation active in the field of heritage preservation. It looks after several historic buildings and sites in Malta, all of which are open to the public. All sites are cared for by a combination of paid staff supported by volunteers.
