Within the payroll system you can find a report that illustrates how the pro–rata bonus is being calculated.

Go to Calculations > Calculations

Select the “Roll List” button as shown below.

Select the employee for whom you want to check the pro–rata bonus calculation, click the “Calculation Options” button to open the related menu and select the Pro-rata bonus calc option to print the report as shown below.

You can Export, View Preview or Print the report.
