This is due to the selected employee having an unfinalised calculation record. Changes in the employee details may have a direct effect on his calculation so to amend employee details all calculations related to the selected employee must either be deleted or finalised as follows.

Go to Main Menu > calculation > calculations

Click on the “Employees’” button, select the employee and click on the minus button to delete the calculation as show in the screen shot below.

To delete just the calculation without deleting other related data tick only “Calculation Record/s” and click on the very good button to proceed.

Now the employee in question is in blue as you can see in the screen shot below and you can amend the employee details.

After effecting the required changes to the employee details go back to the calculation screen, highlight the required employee and click on the calculation button to refresh his calculations.
