How do I increase the employee license
Increasing the employee licence in payroll (V 1.3.23 onwards)
Submit an email request to Shireburn support staff with the number of additional employee licences required.
In return you will receive the access code which will allow you to modify your employee license.
In Winsps go to Admin > Company Maintenance.
In the Additional Details tab, take note of the current number of employees in the bottom part of the screen and press modify.
In the window below enter the Total Number of Employees required (not the additional requested ) and the Access Code and press OK. This will update the employee licence.
