I need to add a non-resident employee whose tax rates are different from normal rates. Does SPS cater for such tax rates ?
Make sure that in Support Files > Rates > FSS Rates you have :
a) M for the married tax bands
b) S for the single tax bands
c) X for the single expatriate tax bands
d) Z for the married expatriate tax bands
Also, in the Employee Details, you should set the employee's Tax Status to either Married expatriate or Single expatriate.
