Can I update the previous employment details for an employee after two payrolls have already been finalized?


In the situation where there has been a misunderstanding between the employee and yourself and he now gave you his previous employment details however you have in the meantime sent all FSS returns you may need to adjust his pay so that his FSS would be correct.

Just enter the details now and the next payroll will take the figures into account and adjust as necessary. Naturally the first payroll or 2 may have high tax value to compensate but the system is designed not to deduct more than 50% of the taxable gross figure in any payroll.
