Remote Support
In order to assist you with our services and support, Shireburn Software's staff may require you to authorise us to connect remotely to your PC and take over its operation remotely. During this time you will be able to see what activities are being undertaken on your PC.
We are unable to connect to your PC without your explicit consent which is required each time we need to connect.
Should you wish to allow Shireburn's support staff to connect on this occasion to your PC and to remotely operate the PC:
- Click on the Remote support button above,
- If your browser requests confirmation of your intention to execute an EXE, confirm this.
- Connect to the Shireburn support person on the phone
- When presented with the Remote support screen (an example of which is shown alongside) provide the ID and Password shown in YOUR screen to the Shireburn support person.
