Shireburn DOCS is a solution that integrates an organisations’ documentation with the Shireburn Business Suite in an efficient solution which minimises duplication of data entry by leveraging the information contained within the accounting system to tag all the documentation. In addition to the close integration with the Business Suite, other non-accounting related documentation is also able to be managed in one solution with due consideration being given to access control to the documentation.

Documentation produced by the Shireburn Financial Manager (SFM) and the Shireburn Inventory management System (SIMS) such as client invoices, credit notes, receipts etc. are automatically posted in the form of a PDF file with the attached metadata.
