eWorks

eWorks is a flexible support offering from Shireburn which allows organisations to purchase a set numbers of hours of support to be consumed within a period of 1 year for any range of IT services provided by the company.

While fixed cost maintenance support schemes are necessarily restricted in their scope and so limiting that clients often feel that they are being charged for most services because they fall out of the scope of their scheme, eWorks allows the procurement of a number of hours to be used for almost any service such as:

  • configuration and maintanance of networks
  • installation and configuration of software
  • eSecurity checks, reviews and auditing
  • consultative meetings
  • preventative maintenance
  • testing of backup procedures and plans
Shireburn's eWorks scheme is available in various packs of hours starting from an eWorks 10 pack for ten hours to eWorks, 25, eWorks 50 and eWorks 100. The hourly rate equivalent for each pack diminishes as the pack size increases. Packs are valid for a period of 1 year or until the hours are exhausted. Unused hours at the end of a year are able to be rolled over to a new pack if this is purchased back-to-back.
